Base on our foil feed system, we have engineered a new embosser which can make decoration in ever lasting quality and feed foil smoothly.

Main Features:
1. Embosser is build with solid steel structure with high feeding foil pricesion.
2. Embosser is equited with electronic control brake system to creat tension of foil, so it can work continuously for a very long time.
3. The aluminium roll are supported by an expansion shaft which is inserted into the core. It is easy to load and unwind the coil progressivesly.
4. According to your samples??/span>blueprints or consturctions, we can design and manufacture delicate decoration as a distinctive sign of your company, so as to meet your specific needs.
5. The length instrument adopts an interactive controller(this can be replaced by a PLC controller as different requirement.). It is in high performance and great flexibility. In order to optimize this system, decoiler can adopts SIEMENS touch-screen panel(optional equitement) to quickly set the machines’s parameters. It can realize many functions, such as language converting, counting contianers and remmenbering.
6. The maximum width of aluminium roll is 650mm, so it is suitable to embosse all kinds of contianer, no matter how big the contianer is.
7. Decoiler includes a lubricator for aluminium strip by tank, it is easy for aluminium foil strip lubrication and adding oil.
